Technical Sales Engineer (M/W/X)

Your mission

Taking care of existing customers and projects in the area of photonics and in the area of universities/institutes or research and development and actively submit technical solutions for the challenges of our customers.
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and manage relationships with the supplier involved.
Collaboration with our partners and business line managers.

Your profile

A bachelor's degree (also PhD) in physics or optoelectronics and ideally already experience in the sale/application of optical technologies. We are also happy to approach graduates for this position after successful completion of the course of study.
Good understanding of electronic and optical technologies at the component, device and system levels, combined with a sensitivity for business processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
Structured, goal oriented and independent approach.
Excellent MS Office and presentation skills.
Fluent in English.
