Your mission
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to position AMS Technologies as a preferred partner for custom solutions in Photonics, Optoelectronics, Thermal Management, and Electronics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying OEM customers who want to realize product ideas using technologies from these areas but lack the development know-how, resources, or production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define target list of existing or new customers/contacts together with our European subsidiaries.
- Create a Business Development Plan and associated activities.
- Find, review and scrutinize business opportunities.
- Acquire new development and subcontracting projects together with Engineering and Operations in partnership with the Sales teams.
- Develop a marketing plan to support business development and sharpen the AMS Technologies profile.
- Implement marketing measures together with the Marketing team.
