- You lead sourcing activities for technical commodity groups supporting our in-house production lines
- You identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers, particularly for components where no established manufacturer base exists, and drive their onboarding into our supplier portfolio.
- You coordinate supplier introduction and integration into development projects in close collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams, ensuring that technical requirements are clearly translated into supplier capabilities.
- You analyze drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical specifications to prepare and manage RFQs, ensuring technical clarity and commercial competitiveness.
- You ensure that the transfer of the Product related Master Data from PLM to ERP is in line with Production and Procurement.
- You independently manage RFQ processes and negotiate prices, volumes, and contractual terms with suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery conditions.
- You monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations related to delivery, quality, or cost.
- You conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with defined quality and operational standards and contribute to the continuous development of our supplier base.

- 3 to 5 years of project procurement / strategic lead buyer experience
- Technical background (e.g., engineering degree) or a business degree with experience in procurement of:
- CNC machined parts
- Injection molded parts
- Electronic PCBs
- Strong negotiation and communication skills and a commercial, business-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%, including visits to our production locations in Krakow and Hannover as well as supplier sites.
- Strong affinity towards ERP and PLM Systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German skills (C1).
